This fool-proof recipe transforms ordinary cake mix into something special by incorporating lemon Jell-O for exceptional moisture and flavor intensity. Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 reg. size lemon Jell-O®
3/4 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs

Topping:
3 cups powdered sugar
juice of two large lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon

Directions
Mix all of the cake ingredients in a large bowl.
DO NOT UNDER-BEAT!! (ED: I assume this means, "BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF IT!")
Pour batter into a greased 8 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

While cake is baking, mix all of the topping ingredients together.

One cake comes out of the oven, while still hot, poke a bunch of holes in it with toothpicks.
