Fresh cranberries create a tangy base, while jalapeños add customizable heat and cilantro brings herbal freshness. Sweetened with maple syrup or honey and brightened with lime juice, this quick-prep dip requires just a few minutes in the food processor and a brief chill. Ingredients
12 oz. fresh cranberries
4 - 6 green onions
2 jalapeños (with or without seeds depending on how hot you want it)
1/3 C. cilantro, packed
2 TBS. fresh ginger
1/4 - 1/2 C. maple syrup or honey
juice of 2 limes
salt and pepper to taste
chips for serving; tortilla chips are the best, but any others are great, too
 

Directions
Chop everything together on a food processor or blender or whatever you got.
Chill for at least 2 hours. (Not you! The salsa!)
Servings\Yield
Makes about 3 1/2 cups of salsa.
