I have stopped washing my non-stick pans with soap. I try to get to them as soon as possible after using them, and I rinse them out under warm to hot water, and then wipe them out with a paper towel. It's not all that bad for a little grease to be left in it, and if there is, you will see it when you go to use it again. Just warm it up and wipe it out.
