This Crunchy Oven Baked Chicken delivers the perfect comfort food experience with minimal effort. The buttery Ritz cracker coating creates an irresistible golden crust that seals in moisture while the Parmesan adds a savory depth. A family favorite that pairs beautifully with any side dish, this no-flip recipe proves that sometimes the simplest dishes are the most satisfying.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 boned chicken breasts, halved
1 c. butter, melted

Directions
Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in butter.
Roll in cracker mixture.
Place in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pour remaining butter over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Don't turn.
