Ingredients
1 large can hot chili beans or kidney beans. 2 lbs. ground chuck for 4 people 1/2 onion 1/2 green pepper butter 3/4 lbs. grated sharp Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese Fritos
Directions
Mince onion and green pepper. Sauté in butter, Add meat and stir until meat is cooked. Add canned beans and heat. Layer meat mixture in casserole with cheese and Fritos Sprinkle leftover cheese on top. Bake at 350° until hot.
