Enjoy this classic zucchini bread, moist and perfectly spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. Packed with fresh zucchini and crunchy nuts, it bakes into two hearty loaves—perfect for breakfast, snacks, or sharing. A simple, reliable recipe that fills your kitchen with irresistible aroma!

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups grated zucchini
2 teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all the ingredients well, adding the zucchini and nuts last.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine in portions.
Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour.
Servings\Yield
