This Middle Eastern-inspired bread salad transforms simple ingredients into a refreshing, flavorful dish. Crispy toasted Syrian bread provides the perfect base for crisp vegetables, aromatic herbs, and a bright lemon-olive oil dressing. Ready in minutes, this versatile salad makes an excellent light lunch or accompaniment to grilled meats. The combination of parsley, mint, and garlic delivers authentic Mediterranean flavors that become even more pronounced as the ingredients mingle, though you'll want to serve it immediately for the best texture.
