Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp butter or oil; or you can spray PAM on the nuts.
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder or season to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups almonds (blanched are best)

Directions
Combine onion powder, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Add almonds to sauce and mix well to coat.
Spread on baking sheet evenly.
Bake in convection oven at 325°F to 350°F (160°C to 175°C) for 5 to 10 minutes until they are lightly brown and hear a slight popping sound when you open the door.
Use the same time for a regular oven, but stir once or twice during cooking.
You don’t have to stir in a convection oven, but I usually do to make sure they are browning evenly.
