Ingredients
1 (7 oz) jar Hoisin Sauce
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Honey
4 cloves garlic, crushed
5 Oranges
1 medium onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dump hoisin sauce into a zip lock bag.
Use the soy sauce to rinse out the hoisin jar and dump into bag also.
Add honey and olive oil.
Slice the oranges, squeeze their juice into the bag, then throw the orange slices in.
Add crushed garlic, sliced onions, and salt and pepper.
Marinate for several hours in refrigerator.

Makes enough marinade for approximately 12 chicken breasts or 15+ chicken thighs, plus vegetables
