Ingredients
3 peeled cloves garlic
1 large onion
1 peeled cucumber
3 peeled tomatoes
1 bell pepper (green or red)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

1/8 t cayenne
1/8 t paprika
1 T fresh chives
1 T fresh parsley
2 T fresh basil
salt to taste (1/8 t - 1-1/2 t)

Directions
Roughly chop garlic, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, chives, parsley and basil.
Toss in blender with vinegar, olive oil, cayenne and paprika.
Puree.
Taste and add salt as needed.
Chill completely before serving - gazpacho should always be served ice cold.
