This Hot Crabmeat appetizer combines the luxurious flavors of crab with creamy cheese for an irresistible treat. Cream cheese blends perfectly with canned or frozen crabmeat, onions, and seasonings, then gets topped with melted cheddar cheese and baked until bubbly. Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese 7 oz. frozen or canned crabmeat 2 TBS. finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1/3 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Blend ingredients except cheese. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 15 min. in a 375° oven. Serve hot on small rye bread slices (or Triscuits)
