Ingredients
21 large strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Cut the strawberries in half, lengthwise, and while you have your knife out, trim just a bit off the rounded side so they will lay flat.
Scoop out just a tiny bit of the inside of each strawberry to make a little "nest" for the filling.
In a mixer, mix everything except the graham cracker crumbs and the sliced strawberries until you get a nice smooth, whipped up consistency.
Put some of the filling in each strawberry by piping or just use a spoon or something.
Sprinkle the top of each strawberry with some graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes if you can wait that long.
