Ingredients
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 TBS grey Poupon mustard
1 packet Equal, or your favorite artificial sweetener, or even sugar!
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fines herbes or Italian seasoning or herbes de Provence

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar.
Pour over your favorite salad fixings.
