1 1/2 lbs of boiled potatoes
2 TBSP unsalted butter
1/8 tsp salt
2 TBSP chopped flat leaf Italian parsley

Directions
Place the potatoes, sliced if you wish, in a skillet with the butter and salt, over high heat.
Cover and let the potatoes reheat, about 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
