Ingredients
Olive oil
Canola oil
Vegetable oil
Peanut oil
Cooking spray like Pam.

Directions
I am not a big fan of cooking spray, and really I only have one main reason: it ruins non-stick pans.
Most cooking sprays leave a coating which can become sticky over time, ruining your pans.
So I have started putting my favorite cooking oils - peanut, olive, and canola - in spray bottles.
(Shameless plug: There are Amazon links here that link to the ones I like best.)
Anyway, I find them just as easy to use and I know I am using oil that won't stick.
That's all!
Rant over!
⚠️UPDATE: I did have a visitor who commented that the vaporized oil might be dangerous over an open flame, so use caution.

This isn't a recipe but just another cooking tip, or rant that I have.
