Ingredients
7 oz (200g) butter
8 slices white bread
1 large tomato
1/3 oz (10g) parsley
5 oz (150g) ham, sausage, or bacon
5 oz (150g) mozzarella
2 3/4 oz (80g) mayonnaise (optional); might also be good with cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
8 eggs

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Melt butter in skillet.
Trim crusts from bread.
Soak each slice of bread in the butter, and while still wet, pinch the corners to make little bread baskets.
Arrange the baskets on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Chop tomatoes, parsley, meat, and mozzarella.
Mix chopped ingredients with mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in the eggs.
Fill each bread basket with the mixture.
Bake 5 - 7 minutes.

The original recipe didn't specify an oven temperature, so 350°F is an educated guess based on similar recipes. You can also try the traditional method: mix all ingredients except eggs, fill the baskets, bake for 5 minutes, then crack an egg into each basket and bake another 2 minutes for a runny yolk presentation.
