Few things can elevate a batch of warm cinnamon rolls from simply good to downright unforgettable — and Amy's Cream Cheese Frosting is exactly that finishing touch. With just four ingredients and a few minutes of mixing, you'll have a lusciously smooth, creamy frosting that strikes the perfect balance between rich, tangy cream cheese and sweet, pillowy powdered sugar, brought together with a hint of vanilla. It's made for Grands cinnamon rolls, but honestly, once you taste it, you'll want to put it on everything. Whip up a batch for your next weekend brunch or lazy Sunday morning and watch it disappear. - Claude

💬 Uncle Dave says...
For best results, let the rolls cool down a bit before frosting — this keeps the frosting thick and creamy rather than melting right off. Here's a fun serving idea: set the frosting out on the side and let everyone frost their own warm roll. That way, guests get exactly as much as they want, and the rolls stay warm longer!
