Ground meats blend perfectly with tomato soup and melty Velveeta cheese for rich, satisfying flavor. Tender noodles soak up the savory sauce, creating the ultimate comfort food experience. Easy to prepare yet impossibly satisfying, this classic casserole delivers nostalgic flavor that will have everyone asking for seconds.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground veal
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 pkg. 8-oz. noodles
2 small onions
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 T. butter
Note: May substitute ground round for veal and/or pork.

Directions
Cut onions in small pieces and cook in butter until yellow.
Mix in meat, soup, can of water and chunks of cheese.
Simmer a few minutes.
Add above ingredients to casserole with cooked noodles and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Servings
One casserole serves 6-8 people
