Ingredients
1 lb. hot sausage
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1 box Lipton chicken noodle soup
1/2 c. rice
4 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions
Brown sausage, add celery, green pepper, and onion to sausage until limp.
Cook rice and Lipton's chicken soup in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except almonds.
Pour this into a 2 or 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Top with almonds.
Cook for 1 hour covered in a 350° oven.

Makes a 2-2½ quart casserole, serves 6-8
