Grits
(Image is coming soon! HAHAH! But not REALLY soon!)
Southern comfort shines in this rich, cheesy Grits casserole that elevates breakfast or brunch to special-occasion status. Creamy hominy grits are transformed with garlic cheese and topped with crushed Fritos for unexpected crunch and flavor. Perfect for feeding a crowd, this hearty dish bridges the gap between comfort food and culinary adventure. Serve alongside eggs and bacon for a memorable morning meal that will have everyone asking for seconds.

1 c. hominy grits
4 c. water
1/2 t. salt
1 stick garlic cheese (I think Kraft makes a garlic cheese spread. Good luck.)
1 stick oleo

Boil 5 minutes.
Add cheese, oleo and egg.
Butter baking dish well, add grits, crush Fritos for topping.
Bake at 350° for 20 - 30 minutes.
