Delight in this no-bake fruit ice box cake that combines the nostalgic flavors of pineapple, marshmallows, and graham crackers into a refreshing summer dessert. The clever preparation method creates a creamy, cloud-like texture as whipped cream and melted marshmallows fold together with sweet pineapple tidbits and crunchy pecans. Chilled overnight for perfect flavor development, this make-ahead treat serves a crowd with minimal effort and maximum impact. Enjoy plain or with an extra dollop of whipped cream for an indulgent finishing touch.

Ingredients
1 No.2 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. pecans
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. milk
1 pkg. marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
1 t. vanilla

Directions
Bring milk to boil in double boiler.
Add marshmallows to milk, stir until melted.
Let cool.
Whip cream and flavor with vanilla, then fold into marshmallow mixture.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Sprinkle a dish with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour mixture over it.
Top with crumbs.
Chill overnight.
Serve plain or topped with whipped cream.
