Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients and roll out on cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes. ED: At what temperature???
Cool well and crumble.
Beat the remaining ingredients for 20 minutes, fold in whipping cream.
Sprinkle half of the crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, fill with the whipped ingredients, and then put the rest of the crumbs on top.

Sorry. This is another of those recipes from my dad's cookbook that is missing a few pertinent instructions. Also, the way I read this, it has raw egg whites in it. Probably okay, but be forewarned.
