This Easy Fruit Pudding lives up to its name with simple preparation and versatile fruit options. A sweet bubbly fruit base is topped with a light, cake-like batter that bakes up golden and fluffy. The warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg add depth of flavor, while the quick 30-minute baking time makes this perfect for last-minute dessert needs. Served warm with ice cream, it's comfort food at its finest—adaptable to whatever fruit you have on hand.
