Bananas Ferguson offers a dramatically simple dessert that's ready in minutes yet worthy of company. Ripe bananas caramelized in butter and brown sugar create an indulgent sauce, while the contrast of hot fruit and cold vanilla ice cream creates the perfect temperature play. This impressive two-ingredient wonder (plus ice cream) proves that sometimes the simplest preparations yield the most satisfying results. A perfect last-minute dessert that feels special enough for guests.
