These flavor-packed Garlic Almonds offer the perfect balance of savory, spicy and salty in every crunchy bite! Whole almonds are coated in a bold mixture of soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, and fresh garlic, then roasted to crispy perfection. The seasoned pepper and red pepper flakes add just the right kick. Make a batch for gatherings or store in airtight containers for up to three months. An addictive, protein-rich snack that pairs perfectly with cold beverages!

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 pound blanched whole almonds
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
3 teaspoons seasoned pepper
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves, mashed
Salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Coat rimmed baking sheet with butter.
Sprinkle with soy sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
Scatter almonds over sheet and stir with fork until well coated.
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned pepper, dried pepper flakes and salt.
Bake 10 minutes.
Sprinkle almonds with remaining seasoned pepper and additional salt if desired.
Stir with fork.
Bake 15 minutes.
Cool before serving.
(Garlic almonds can be stored in airtight container for up to 3 months.)

NOTE: Watch while cooking because they can burn easily. You may want to stir them with a fork every 5 minutes to keep from burning.
