This classic Shrimp Spread combines tender tiny shrimp with creamy cream cheese, brightened with fresh lemon juice and aromatic herbs. The perfect balance of seafood flavor and creamy texture makes this spread irresistible on crackers or thinly sliced bread. Quick to prepare and make-ahead friendly, this retro appetizer continues to be a crowd-pleaser for good reason—elegant simplicity that lets the delicate shrimp flavor shine through.

Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1 7-ounce can tiny shrimp, rinsed and well-drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Thinly sliced breads or crackers

Directions
Combine all but the last 2 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended.
(It is easier to mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and mayonnaise before adding the other ingredients.)
Transfer to serving dish, cover and chill until ready to serve.
Spread on bread or crackers.
