This crowd-pleasing Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip combines two varieties of artichokes with spicy green chilies and rich cheddar cheese for an irresistible appetizer. Quick to prepare and versatile enough to serve hot or cold, this creamy dip pairs perfectly with crisp tortilla chips for casual entertaining. The combination of tangy artichokes and melted cheese creates a balanced flavor profile that appeals to all palates—a reliable party favorite that disappears quickly!

Ingredients
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichokes, drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
tortilla chips

Directions
  1. Grease a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch baking dish.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. Chop artichokes coarsely and mix with chilies, mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
  6. May be served whether hot or cold, but best hot.
