Ingredients
1 egg 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup softened butter or margarine 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup honey 1 tsp. baking soda 2 packets hot cocoa mix 2 TBS. milk 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional).
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend egg, butter, peanut butter, honey, baking soda, sugar and brown sugar. Combine cocoa mix and milk in a small bowl until it has a fudge-like texture. Pour into the egg mixture. Slowly mix in flour until the dough can be rolled into balls. Bake at 350° for 8 to 11 minutes or until surface is brown and crispy. Variation: add 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
