Five Cup Salad offers sweet, creamy simplicity with just five easy-to-remember ingredients. Bright Mandarin orange sections, juicy pineapple chunks, and miniature marshmallows (festive colored ones for special occasions) fold into creamy sour cream and shredded coconut for a delightful fruit salad. Best when chilled overnight to allow flavors to meld, this versatile dish works equally well as a side dish or light dessert.

1 c. Mandarin orange sections
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. miniature marshmallows (the colored ones are very festive looking)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded coconut

Directions
Combine ingredients, chill and serve.
Taste best when chilled overnight.
