1/2 cup Romano cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 garlic clove, minced, or to taste
1 loaf sourdough bread (see note)
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

  2. Slice the bread into two halves, lengthwise.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the bread.
