Ingredients
2 large (10 inches each) flour tortillas
1/4 cup taco sauce (see note)
1/3 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Note: Enchilada sauce or smooth salsa can be substituted for the taco sauce.
Directions
Place each tortilla on a clean workspace.
Spread 2 tablespoons taco sauce evenly over each tortilla, spreading nearly to the edge.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons cheese evenly over each tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla tightly.
Place tortilla rolls, seam side down, on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave, uncovered, at high, until they are heated through and the cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
Remove from the microwave and cut each tortilla roll in half.
Serve at once.
