Ingredients
For batter, cream together: 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter Add to above and mix together well: 1 egg 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup water Mix dry ingredients together, then add to pumpkin mixture:

1 3/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon For filling, cream together: 1 8- oz package cream cheese 1 egg 1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Grease and flour loaf pan(s). Put 1/2 of the batter in the pans, then the filling, then remaining batter. Swirl well with knife. Bake 1 hour at 325° for mini loaves; 1 hour 10 minutes for large loaf.
