(Image is coming soon! HAHAH! But not REALLY soon!)
This aromatic Dill Bread combines the distinctive flavor of dill seed with creamy cottage cheese for a uniquely tender loaf! The simple yeast bread requires just two rises and minimal kneading, making it perfect for bread-baking beginners. Minced onion and butter add savory depth, while the soft texture makes it perfect for slicing. Delicious alongside soups and stews or toasted with butter. Freezes beautifully—make ahead and reheat wrapped in foil for warm, fragrant bread anytime!

Ingredients
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 T. sugar
1 T. minced onion
1 T. butter
2 t. dill seed
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions
Soften yeast in water.
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt and soda in pan and warm slowly until lukewarm.
Remove from heat, and add egg and yeast, mixing well.
