1 med. cucumber sliced very thin 1/2 tsp. salt pinch of paprika 1 TBS. vinegar 1 TBS. green onion tops 1 small onion sliced very thin pinch of pepper 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 (or more) cup sour cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill about 15 minutes. The dressing, minus the cucumbers and onions, can also be used on coleslaw and other salad vegetables.
