This exotic Cream Cheese - Marmalade Curry appetizer combines creamy cheese with the sweet-spicy contrast of ginger marmalade and aromatic curry powder. Topped with crunchy pecans for texture, this simple yet sophisticated spread creates an unexpected flavor profile that delights the palate. Quick to prepare with just a handful of ingredients, this elegant appetizer makes a stunning addition to any cheese board or cocktail party—perfect when paired with crackers or crostini.

Ingredients
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
ginger marmalade (I can't give you exact quantities, but I use almost a cup of marmalade.)
curry powder
2 T. finely chopped pecans
Directions
Take cream cheese out of refrigerator to allow to soften slightly.
Place in dish you are planning to serve it in.
Mix ginger marmalade with curry powder.
I taste until I think there is enough curry.
Mix in about 2 large tablespoons pecans finely chopped.
Spoon marmalade mixture over cream cheese.

Makes about 1.5 cups
