California Cafe's Chicken And Basil Potstickers
(Image is coming soon! HAHAH! But not REALLY soon!)
These innovative Chicken And Basil Potstickers blend Italian and Asian flavors for a sophisticated fusion appetizer! Chicken, bacon and fresh basil combine with balsamic vinegar and pine nuts for distinctive filling with complex flavor. The traditional potsticker preparation—steaming then pan-frying—creates the perfect texture contrast between tender wrapper and crispy bottom. Served atop homemade pesto sauce, these elegant bites make impressive party starters. Yields 36-40 pieces—perfect for cocktail gatherings or special dinner parties!
