Ingredients
1 (8 oz) round Brie, medium soft 
1 egg beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
4 Tbsp unsalted butter 
1/2 cup chopped green onion tops
1 small bread, sliced

Directions
Dip the cheese in egg and then coat both sides with bread crumbs.
Melt 2 Tbsp butter over medium high heat in a small skillet. 
Add the green onion and toss briefly.
Add remaining butter to skillet.
When foamy, add the breaded cheese.
Brown well on both sides.
Place cheese on serving platter.
Pour butter and green onions over top of cheese and serve immediately with bread slices.
