Ingredients
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 4 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup minced onion 2 tsp. garlic salt 27 Breton crackers
Directions
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cheddar cheese, relish, onion and garlic salt. Chill until firm enough to handle. Roll mixture into ball. Crush Breton crackers and roll cheese ball in cracker crumbs. Chill. Garnish as desired. You may also roll cheese mixture into 1" balls and then roll into crumbs for individual servings. Serve with Breton Crackers.
