This rich Bleu Cheese Dip combines tangy blue cheese with creamy mayonnaise and sour cream for an indulgent appetizer experience. Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
6 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
1 whole green onion, finely chopped
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions
With a rubber spatula, mash the mayonnaise, sour cream and blue cheese together in a medium bowl.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate to blend the flavors, at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve chilled with potato chips, broccoli and cauliflower florets, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices and/or zucchini slices.
