Jake's versatile marinade combines oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, and Dijon mustard into a flavor-packed blend perfect for beef and chicken. This simple yet sophisticated marinade adds incredible depth to any meat after just a few hours of refrigeration. Make a batch to keep on hand for last-minute grilling or roasting that tastes like you planned for days.
No Jump Zone

Ingredients
1 cup oil
1/2 cup soy or teriyaki sauce
3 or more cloves of garlic
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper corns
1 glob of Grey Poupon or any good Dijon mustard

Directions
Blend this all together in a blender or food processor.
This is fabulous for marinating beef.
Also great on chicken!
Should marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
