Baked Chicken
(Image is coming soon! HAHAH! But not REALLY soon!)
This comforting Baked Chicken combines convenience with impressive flavor! Tender chicken pieces are seasoned, browned to golden perfection, then baked in a rich sauce of cooking sherry and two complementary soups. The addition of mushrooms adds earthy depth to the creamy sauce that develops during baking. Regular basting ensures moisture and flavor penetration throughout. A satisfying one-pan meal that's elegant enough for company yet simple enough for weeknight dinners!
