46 oz grapefruit juice
46 oz orange juice
juice of 4 lemons
2 tsps. cream of tartar
4 TBSP Epsom salts

Dissolve Epsom salts in hot water.
Mix with other ingredients.
Drink 1 small glass (3oz) before breakfast and at bedtime.
