Amish Chicken
(Image is coming soon! HAHAH! But not REALLY soon!)
Experience the comforting simplicity of Amish Chicken, where a flavorful blend of garlic, white pepper, paprika and fresh parsley creates a perfectly seasoned crust around tender, juicy chicken quarters. This straightforward recipe delivers impressive results as the chicken bakes in a combination of heavy cream and water, developing a golden, crispy skin while remaining wonderfully moist inside. Traditionally served with homestyle sides like stuffing and mashed potatoes for a satisfying family meal.
