A homemade classic that outshines any store-bought option and complements everything from simple greens to hearty entrée salads."
Ingredients
1/2 c. oil
1/8 c wine vinegar
1 T. parmesan cheese
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Variation 1:
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar - I call this Camper's Dressing.
Variation 2:
Add 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, some chopped anchovies and you have a "Near Caesar" to add to cold greens, croutons, and a coddled egg. Simple and far better than any store-bought brand.
