Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher or coarse salt
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
  1. In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

  8. To bake, heat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  10. Place on non-stick baking sheets, 1 1/2-inches apart.
