Ingredients
2 cups quick-cooking or instant oats*
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, well beaten
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
 
*these will absorb the moisture and soften the best, adding creaminess to the pancake

Directions
Letting the oats soak in the milk for a short time before mixing in the rest to the ingredients will help make the pancakes creamier.
Mix all ingredients.
Beat into thin batter.
Cook on greased griddle until done.
If batter is not thin enough to pour, add a little more milk.
