Discover the secret to incredibly light, fluffy biscuits with these 7-UP Biscuits that use the carbonated beverage's bubbles to create amazing texture. The surprising combination of Bisquick, sour cream, 7-UP, and melted butter produces tender biscuits with crispy, golden bottoms and soft, pillowy interiors. Quick to prepare with no traditional kneading required, these versatile biscuits complement everything from breakfast to dinner.

Ingredients
4 cups Bisquick®
1 cup sour cream 
1 cup 7-UP®*
1/2 cup melted butter
*I have also made this with beer, with little noticeable change in flavor.

Directions
Mix Bisquick®, sour cream and 7-UP.
Dough will be very soft – don’t worry. 
Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix.
Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit / cookie cutter.
Melt butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9×13 casserole dish.
Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
