6 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned
6 slices prosciutto
6 slices provolone cheese
1 ounce butter
1 ounce olive oil
Brandy Cream Sauce
Parsley, to garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 375° (190°).
Pound the chicken breasts to flatten.
