Snails broiled in French garlic butter sauce with green onion, pepper, and parsley until golden brown.
Cold Appetizer - Poached Salmon on Crackers
Cold-smoked salmon served on crackers with cream cheese, garnished with capers, red onion, and dill.
Salad - Caesar Salad with Witty Patter (prepared tableside)
Classic Caesar salad with anchovies, garlic, and egg, prepared with theatrical presentation by the chef.
Main Course - Annie's Breast of Chicken Supreme on Stainless Steel Platter
