Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. grated bread crumbs 1/4 c. milk 1 T. finely chopped onion 1 t. salt 2 T. butter 1/2 c. sherry wine 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 T. oregano
Directions
Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion and salt. Shape mixture into tiny balls (I t. per ball). Melt butter in heavy skillet, brown balls on all sides. Pour off most of the fat. Mix wine, catsup and oregano. Pour over meatballs and add salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve in chafing dish and provide party picks.
